Palin does not have the political “legs” for a sustainable career at this. She may not even be too stupid to realize that she can’t go on much longer in the “legitimate” political arena. And is therefore capitalizing or profiting as much as possible until the music stops.

I predict her political career will end soon like that of a boy band. At first, they are most popular, world tours, and plenty of money while commanding top billing. Ultimately, near the end of it, as concert promotions or in her case speaking fees trend downward until finally only able to garner enough support to make an appearance at Knott’s Berry Farm….
