GOP debates...
If you watched the latest CNN GOP debate did you feel the same way as I, unimpressed? Why are people like Bill Bennett brought in for analysis? Bennett responded to the following question: Who had the most disappointing performance at the debate? by saying
Paul just does not come off convincing or presidential
But Paul had more time during this debate. Unlike previous debates there was more balance between the candidates. Furthermore, what does “come off presidential” really mean, does Bush come off presidential? Maybe he thinks so but if a president is disastrous but comes off presidential its ok?
Ron Paul makes the most sense doesn’t he? Of course.
He is the only candidate, if elected the American people will be in fact better off. Unlike the other candidates and elections in the past where typically the office of the president is far more beneficial to them than it is to us.
The rest of this business is simply a feather in their cap, a glorious career in their own mind, and a consummate waste of taxpayer time and money.
