When you're smiling, the whole world smiles with you!
Yes, B.B. is all smiles, responsible for an economic recovery and picked for a second term. That is the suggested summation. But when Presidents nominate the same person it is not a sign of affirmation but of ignorance. Economic ignorance that is.

Since none of these people in government really has any grasp on economics and the so called professionals are in fact fraudsters then we have theft, waste, and abuse.
Ben approached a financial system on the verge of collapse with calm and wisdom, with bold action and outside-the-box thinking that has helped put the brakes on our economic free-fall,” Obama said in prepared marks obtained by the AP.
“The actions we have taken to stabilize our financial system, repair our credit markets, restructure auto industry and help the overall economy recover have all been steps of necessity, not choice. They have faced plenty of critics, some of whom argued that we should stay the course or do nothing at all. But taken together, all of these steps have brought our economy back from the brink. They are steps that are working
Outside the box? Really?
Let’s see, Greenspan also got the credit, remember his zenith well into the Bush administration. He was lionized for a brief period until after the collapse and main stream media became very close to seriously considering if Greenspan was at least in part responsible for the demise.
The Greenspan induced bubble lasted about 7 years. I don’t think this B.B. one has the legs to make it past the end of this year. Most likely, the time that so called experts including the Fed predict economic growth beginning next year, we will actually see the hammer really fall economically. Desperate for answers it will be interesting to see what these guys attribute it all to.
Yes, dumb Bush administration foreign and domestic policies pushed the economy over the edge, but its still in free fall and no waves below will cushion the blow as Obama policies will make the landing much worse.
I especially like this one, “They have faced plenty of critics, some of whom argued that we should stay the course or do nothing at all”.
Sound familiar to anyone? What goes around, really goes around.
