The Levellers: They have given themselves a new name, viz. Levellers, for they intend to sett all things straight, and rayse a parity and community in the kingdom.
Regulators: The War of the Regulation was a North Carolina uprising, lasting from approximately 1764 to 1771, against corrupt colonial officials. While unsuccessful, some historians consider it as a catalyst to the American Revolutionary War.
